Biffy Clyro have scored their first ever Official UK Album Chart Number One with 'Opposites'.
The Scottish rockers sixth studio album sold an impressive 75,000 copies in its first week, eclipsing the 43,000 previous album 'Only Revolutions' sold, to debut in at the top, according to the Official Charts Company.
The double album is the highest selling new entry of 2013 so far and has knocked 'Les Miserables: The Motion Picture Cast Recording' down to Number Two in the Official UK Album Chart.
Meanwhile, thirty five years after its original release, Fleetwood Mac's 'Rumours' is back in the charts. The seminal album, which has been reissued, enters the chart at Number 3. Emeli Sande's 'Our Version Of Events' is at Number Four and Justin Bieber's 'Believe' is at Number Five.
In the Official UK Singles Chart, Dutch dance duo Bingo Players remain Number One for a second week with 'Get Up (Rattle)', their collaboration with Far East Movement.
Macklemore & Lewis' 'Thrift Shop' is at Number Two, Will.iam and Britney Spears' 'Scream & Shout' is at Number Three, 'I Knew You Were Trouble' by Taylor Swift is at Number Four and Rihanna's 'Stay' completes this week's Top 5.
Elsewhere, 'White Noise', the new release by Disclosure (featuring AlunaGeorge), makes a late-week run for the Top 40, finishing the week at Number 28.

이번 앨범은 현재 2013년 가장 많은 판매를 기록한 앨범으로써 현재 큰 인기를 끌고 있는 영화 '라 미제라블'의 레코딩을 2위로 제치게 되었다.
한편, 플릿우드 맥의 'Rumours'가 발매 이후 35년만에 차트에 다시 돌아왔다. 이번 앨범은 다시 발매된 앨범으로 3위를 차지했으며 에밀리 산데의 'Our Version Of Events'가 4위를, 저스틴 비버의 'Believe'가 5위를 기록했다.
정식 UK 싱글 차트에는 네덜란드 출신의 댄스 듀오인 빙고 플레이어스가 파 이스트 무브먼트와 함께 한 싱글 'Get Up (Rattle)' 2주 동안 정상을 머물고 있다.
맥르모어 & 루이스의 'Thrift Shop'가 2위, 윌 아이엠과 브리트니 스피어스의 'Scream & Shout'가 3위, '테일러 스위프트의 'I Knew You Were Trouble'이 4위를, 그리고 리한나의 'Stay'가 5위로 이번주 탑 5를 기록했다.
알루나 조지와 함께 한 디스클로져의 새로운 발매 'White Noise'가 탑 40 안에 진입해 28위로 이번주 기록을 마쳤다.
